In Honor of Emmary "Emmy" Spicer

Our children’s advocacy center stands in honor of Emmary “Emmy” Spicer, remembering her and her courageous spirit. Though her life was short, just seven years, three of which she spent battling cancer, Emmy’s indomitable spirit and resiliency serve as an inspiration to numerous people here in the Randolph County community. Just like Emmy, we hope that even in the toughest times, the courageous spirit of our clients will rally!
